If you would like to contact the teachers about activities, events, or any concerns, feel free to get in touch.

If you would like to speak to a teacher in person, we are happy to chat during drop-off and pick-up, or you can schedule an appointment during non-class hours.

If it is a non-urgent or administrative matter, you can email us. Since our teachers handle all administrative tasks, they are not generally available to respond to non-urgent queries during class times.

If you do wish to contact us by phone, please call outside of class hours. We only have a few staff members, who are busy teaching lessons and caring for students during class hours. Teachers are free to take calls or respond to emails during the following non-class hours:
- 8:00 am - 8:30 am
- 11:30-1:00pm
- 4:00pm - 4:30 pm

If you need to contact us urgently during class hours (for an emergency or if you will be late dropping off or picking up your child), please call rather than email.
