We have two parent-teacher conferences each school year. These meetings give us the opportunity to discuss each student's progress. Parents can view their child's portfolio and see some of the work that they have done so far as well as the portfolio feedback for each theme. We share the students' strengths and areas that still need some improvement, and devise positive strategies with the parents. This time gives parents the chance to ask any questions they may have about their child's development. At Busy Bees, we see the parents and teachers as a team, so these meetings are important to us. We are also available to talk about issues or queries as they arise, and parents are welcome to communicate with us via email, phone call, or in person during drop-off and pick-up times.
